The details you choose to give us through our form: your name and contact information, and the names, approximate dates, and places you remember for your relatives. We collect only what helps us research and build your tree.
To research your ancestry, design your family tree, deliver your order, and communicate with you about it. That's all.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising. Your family is yours.
Our research draws on historical records — censuses, vital records, immigration and parish records, and similar public and genealogical sources. The finished tree we create for you is yours to keep and share as you wish.
A few trusted services help us operate: a payment processor (to handle your deposit and balance securely — we never see your full card details), a print-and-ship partner (for printed editions), and email tools (to reach you). They only receive what they need to do their part.
Please share information about living people only if you have a reasonable basis to do so. We treat everything you send as confidential and use it solely to build your tree.
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you've shared at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it.
